Experience Japan's rich tea culture in the tranquil setting of the Seattle Japanese Garden Shoseian Teahouse. For tickets and reservations, please call the Seattle Japanese Garden at 206-684-4725.
Tea demonstrations last approximately 40 minutes. No reservations are required. Visitors can view the demonstrations from the patio at no charge. Visitors who would like to enjoy a bowl of tea and sweets can purchase a $5 tea ticket at the Garden ticket booth. Tea tickets are limited to 20 people per session. Shoseikai will host Chado demonstrations on the following 3rd Saturdays at 1 and 2 p.m.:
